What's the difference between the Doja Curve BBL Shaper and Shorts?

Both our Shaper and Shorts will give you a natural-looking BBL hourglass figure. The Shaper provides more of a dramatic look while the Shorts work amazing for high cut dresses and extra discretion.

We are confident that you will love whatever selection you make or you can always get both!

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be processed, packaged and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, delivery is between 7-10 business days.

Due to the resurgence of COVID-19, and to ensure the safety of distribution centre employees, there may be slight delays in processing and delivering your order.

 

What size should I order?

We recommend going with your usual pants size. If you usually wear a small, medium, large, etc. go with that size. See our size chart for reference.

What if I made a mistake when placing my order or would like to cancel it?

To minimize shipping times, we process orders very quickly. If you would like to cancel or made a mistake such as typed in the wrong delivery address with your order, please email us immediately within 8 hours of placing your order so we can edit or cancel it for you.

After that timeframe has passed, there is no guarantee that we will be able to adjust anything from our end as the order could possibly be shipped out already.

 

What should I do if I'm having trouble tracking my order?

If you are having trouble tracking your order from the shipping confirmation email, please use the "Track" page on our website or use www.global.cainiao.com for more detailed updates.

In rare cases, a shipping label will be created early while an order is still being processed but updates won't appear until the item has been shipped.

I didn’t get my confirmation or shipping email?

In rare cases, order & shipping confirmation emails don’t always go through. Not to worry, your order is still being processed.

Please send us a DM or email us at support@dojacurves.com and we will confirm your order has been placed and resend your confirmation & shipping emails.

 

Do you accept returns, refunds or exchanges?

We are unable to process returns or exchanges at this time due to limited stock of items and as our products being classified as an undergarment. Please take this into consideration before placing your order.

How do I wash the Doja Curve Shorts?

We recommend that you hand wash with cold water to preserve the longevity of the fabric and padding.
